By signing this agreement, you agree to the following conditions to participate in the program starting July 13, 2025.

- Cultural Alignment: You agree to uphold values aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, fostering an inclusive environment for women in AI.
- Commitment to Program Completion
- Full Participation: You agree to attend all mandatory sessions (live, virtual, or on-demand) and complete all coursework, projects, labs, or assessments within specified timelines. Failure to maintain consistent attendance (e.g., minimum 80%) or complete tasks may result in removal from the cohort and ineligibility for future ICAIRE programs.

- Responsible Use: You agree to use the LMS solely for personal learning related to the Women Elevate Program. Sharing login credentials or distributing content is prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
- Technical Requirements: You are responsible for securing compatible devices and internet access to use the LMS and participate in online sessions.
- Program Authority and Governance
- ICAIRE’s Authority: ICAIRE reserves the right to make final decisions on eligibility, participation, termination, or disputes. This includes modifying program schedules, content, or requirements as needed.
- Compliance with Policies: You must comply with ICAIRE’s policies, including those on conduct, ethics, and data protection, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- Termination: ICAIRE may terminate participation for violations, including failure to meet attendance/performance requirements, misrepresentation, or disruptive behavior.
- No Employment or Financial Guarantees
- No Promises: Participation does not guarantee employment, internships, or financial benefits. The program provides AI education and skills, with future opportunities at ICAIRE’s discretion.
- Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary, with no tuition fees unless specified.
- Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, course materials, or data shared during the program. Disclosure to third parties is prohibited.

- Data Security: You must secure your devices and not share sensitive program data or access unauthorized systems.
- Completion Requirements and Certification
- Completion Criteria: To earn a certificate, you must meet all requirements, including attending at least 80% of sessions, completing assignments, and passing assessments.
